Description

Thrive Inclusive Coaching is a queer-led coaching practice supporting LGBTQ+ professionals across the UK through the real challenges that can arise at work.

Rather than offering general life coaching or therapy, Thrive focuses specifically on the workplace and the experiences LGBTQ+ professionals may face throughout their careers.

Whether you are entering the workplace, trying to feel more comfortable being yourself at work, navigating a difficult or hostile environment, or dealing with burnout and minority stress, Thrive provides practical, personalised coaching built around where you are right now.

The coaching journey can focus on areas including building safety, identity and self-trust, early career navigation, authentic self-expression, workplace confidence, burnout, boundaries, recovery and navigating challenging workplace environments.

Thrive offers one-to-one coaching, with self-directed learning modules also being developed to complement the coaching experience.

The practice is led by two professionally qualified coaches bringing different perspectives and experience. Laura Mason-Jarvis is a neuroscience-based coach with counselling training, crisis-support experience and cross-sector professional experience, while Gareth Lewis-Jones is an executive and burnout coach with ten years of coaching senior leaders, alongside extensive management consultancy and leadership experience.

Thrive takes an equity-based approach to pricing, with session rates ranging from £55 to £180, meaning the coaching is designed so that cost is not automatically a barrier.

Based remotely, Thrive Inclusive Coaching supports LGBTQ+ professionals wherever they are in the UK, providing a confidential, supportive and genuinely queer-led space to work through the challenges that matter to them.

Inclusive. Supportive. Empowering.
